Residential & Commercial Landscaping

Landscape construction is more than just the physical attributes and the overall look and feel of a landscape. Every landscape design and project is different and we start by investigating the “the bigger picture” to ensure we translate our client’s needs and vision into a sustainable, practical and highly managed landscape solution that leaves a lasting impression.

Our build teams pride themselves on their high level of technical know-how, working together with you to achieve your dream garden on time and on budget

Stage One – Contract Documentation

Once the design concept has been agreed, we can then effectively price for the build of the garden. We will evaluate the project and provide an itemised quotation. For more involved and complex schemes a detailed bill of quantities will be accurately prepared, detailing each line item. The document is presented for your approval and once agreed a start date for the build can be confirmed.

NewShoots work to a fixed price where possible.

Stage Two – The Build

The BuildBefore work begins all landscaping material and plants are sourced by NewShoots, along with necessary plant and machinery hire where required

A landscaping team will be assigned for the duration of the build. Our teams work to a superior standard and quality finish at all times

Throughout the build of the garden we liaise with you on a regular basis, keeping you informed of how the garden is progressing.

Stage Three – The Finished Garden

The Finished GardenWhen the garden is completed NewShoots do a final check (defects list) of the garden. Once all the defects have been completed and you are happy with the work, we hand it over for you to enjoy. We can also provide you with a maintenance service, if required.
